These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Panaroma Video, a company registered in the Netherlands, operating the Clickbarrier service ("Clickbarrier", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Clickbarrier services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Clickbarrier provides click fraud protection services for Google Ads campaigns. Our Services include visitor tracking, suspicious IP detection, and automatic IP blocking through the Google Ads API.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use the Services to harm competitors or third parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain the property of Clickbarrier. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickbarrier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will detect all fraudulent clicks or prevent all invalid traffic. Click fraud protection is a best-effort service based on our detection algorithms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect.
